This is a truly embedded role defined by deep ownership, keeping you tightly connected to our targeting, creative strategies, and MarTech infrastructure. You’ll lead the next phase of our data journey, elevating measurement frameworks to unlock growth for the 900,000+ customers who trust us to protect their businesses.This role is different because it offers the opportunity to move beyond high-level oversight and get hands-on with marketing distribution and methodology application. As our Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics, you’ll:
Lead and bring to life our unified measurement framework, pulling together MMM, MTA, and experiments to support informed spend decisions.
Proactively deliver high-value analysis to directly influence marketing channel plans across email, SEO, paid channels, and more.
Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to operationalise complex models and features that improve our customer proposition.
Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and multi-variate experiments to rigorously measure the causal impact of multi-channel strategies.
Champion the usage of Google Analytics (GA4) alongside internal site data to drive deep insights into site performance.
Present strategic findings and actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders, translating complex data into clear narratives
We’re looking for someone who is:
A strategic analyst with a demonstrable track record of driving significant business value through hands-on marketing distribution and insights.
An expert in SQL with a strong working knowledge of a statistical language like Python or R for advanced analysis and modelling.
Deeply knowledgeable in marketing analytics, with hands-on experience applying attribution models (MMM and MTA) and LTV predictions to real-world business challenges.
Proficient in marketing analytics systems (such as GA4 or Salesforce) and data visualisation tools like Looker or Tableau.
A relatable communicator who speaks in plain English to translate complex statistical findings into strategic narratives for senior leadership.
Refreshing and spirited in their approach, not afraid to challenge the status quo and influence decision-making through evidence-based insights.
