The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations – International is a strategic & executional leader responsible for analysing & optimizing the full marketing funnel to uncover gaps, improve performance, & execute high-impact programs through our marketing automation systems. This role is critical to driving demand, supporting Bullhorn’s growing customer base, & ensuring flawless regional campaign execution aligned with our broader marketing strategy.

You will manage a small team of specialists & analysts, working collaboratively with the wider sales and marketing functions, to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, measured against defined performance metrics, and continuously optimized for future growth.

In addition to owning Bullhorn’s marketing automation engine, this person will be responsible for monitoring segment growth across the North American region, identifying gaps in the funnel, and developing strategies to address them in support of long-term business goals.

A typical day will include:

  • Managing a team to execute email marketing campaigns to targeted audiences, and execute analyses on campaign performance, fulfilment of internal data request, and building self-service reports & dashboards.

  • Working closely with all members of the Marketing team to develop campaigns that contain accurate messaging & branding.

  • Working cross-functionally with Support & Product teams to ensure customer communications are delivered accurately & efficiently.

  • Incorporating B2B email best practices to elevate email performance, improve deliverability, and increase subscriptions.

  • Leveraging CRM, BI, & attribution tools to analyse complex data & configure dashboards for internal stakeholders.

  • Analysing results to identify trends, and ensuring programs are designed to maximize ROI.

  • Organizing & presenting Sales & Marketing performance among key segments to ensure targets are achieved.

  • Presenting actionable insights on marketing campaign performance to marketing leadership & key stakeholders.

  • Reviewing the full funnel of marketing activities for inefficiencies & gaps, & proposing solutions to improve performance.

This role is a fit for you if you have:

  • A proven track record in a relevant marketing operations environment with tangible evidence of improving quality of marketing campaigns.

  • Significance people management experience , preferably in a marketing operations environment

  • Prior experience with Salesforce CRM, including reporting & creating dashboards

  • Prior experience with Marketing Automation software & ABM tools, such as Marketo, 6sense and Demandbase

  • Advanced Excel skills, including manipulating large data sets

  • Expert at visualizing data & surfacing trends to non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously

Bonus points for:

  • Certifications: Marketo Certified Expert

  • Bonus: Experience with SQL and/or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik)

  • Bonus: Experience with Marketing attribution tools (e.g. Bizible/Marketo Measure)
