- Drive operational execution to convert orders into recognized sales.
- Coordinate fulfillment activities with Global Hubs and regional organizations.
- Support revenue recognition and efficient order-to-cash processes.
- Act as the main escalation point for fulfillment and delivery issues.
- Optimize execution performance and remove operational bottlenecks.
- Support SIOP and capacity planning to ensure delivery readiness.
- Participate in operational reviews and validate execution feasibility.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Care, and Order Management teams to improve business performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and execution governance across the region.

- Strong understanding of order-to-cash, fulfillment, and revenue delivery processes.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in industrial automation, services, or engineered solutions.
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization.
- Track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The total compensation range for this role is 68.600 to 127.400 EUR annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
For roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the applicable salary range and pay structure are set by that agreement, including how pay levels and progression are defined (Contratto Commercio - Manageritalia).
