About the Role
Ready to make a big impact? We're on the lookout for a Strategic Sales Analytics Senior Manager (Floorcare Category) to join our global SS&A team. Based in London with a hybrid setup (3 days in the office), this role puts you right at the heart of driving the commercial success of SharkNinja's floorcare portfolio.
You'll be the go to expert for understanding what's happening in the market, with our customers, and across our product range and then turning those insights into smart actions. You'll work closely with sales and marketing, lead commercial reviews, and help shape strategies that keep us winning and having fun while doing it.
What You Will Be Doing
Be the Commercial Champion
  • Own category growth and performance for your portfolio including wins, learnings, and everything in between
  • Set clear category goals and KPIs and rally teams around them
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, supply, and product teams to build bold commercial plans
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews that turn insights into action

Fuel Growth and Expansion
  • Help us win in new and existing channels with the right products in the right places
  • Spot opportunities to grow distribution and gain market share
  • Stay on top of market trends to unlock new opportunities and stay ahead of risks

Master the Assortment
  • Lead portfolio decisions including pricing, launches, and discontinuations
  • Optimize product mix and merchandising to maximize sales and profitability
  • Drive smart promotional strategies and react quickly to changing market dynamics

Own the Numbers
  • Manage category budgets, forecasts, promotional spend, and profitability
  • Track performance, identify improvement opportunities, and course correct when needed
  • Drive margin improvement and cost efficiency initiatives

Win Together
  • Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and R and D
  • Keep everyone aligned and moving in the same direction toward shared goals
What You Will Bring
  • 7 plus years of experience in category or commercial management
  • A sharp analytical mind and a love for turning data into decisions
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence at all levels
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency across Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, problem solving mindset with great attention to detail
  • Flexibility to travel when needed
