Senior Marketing Lead (Perm, UK, Remote)

About the role

The Senior Marketing Lead owns demand generation and ABM for enterprise new-logo acquisition and account expansion. It requires hands-on planning, execution and optimisation across channels. It works directly with Sales, Solutions and Partnerships to generate pipeline from priority accounts and target segments. The role reports into the Marketing Director. 

Responsibilities

  • Own the end to end demand-generation engine for enterprise new-logo and expansion, including target segmentation, account selection, funnel definition, campaign delivery and performance management.
  • Lead ABM across 1:1, 1:few and 1:many programmes, including account selection, play development, personalised content, buying committee engagement and coordination with Sales and Account teams.
  • Translate commercial objectives and account plans into actionable marketing programmes tied to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Build enterprise messaging and content aligned to buyer personas, digital transformation challenges, legacy modernisation and AI adoption.
  • Manage agency partners for content, digital activation and campaign delivery.
  • Work with the Marketing Associate to maintain operational control of HubSpot, CRM workflows, lead handoff and funnel reporting.
  • Analyse performance across campaigns and accounts and deliver clear reporting to commercial leadership.
  • Contribute as a senior member of the marketing team.


What we are looking for

  • Significant experience in planning and executing ABM and demand generation programmes in complex, B2B environments. 
  • SaaS / B2B consultancy / services experience or background in working in B2B agencies (Account Manager or above). 
  • Ability to plan and run multi channel campaigns.
  • Competence with HubSpot and analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of enterprise buying dynamics.
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders in different departments to get things done. 
  • ‘AI Native’, comfortable with leveraging platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity to help you go faster without compromising on quality. 
  • Broad understanding of Martech tools available.
