Description

We are looking for a highly experienced marketing leader to create and steer our marketing strategy and activation for our Consumer Cluster. Someone who is looking for a stretching senior marketing role working alongside our Senior Partners and Consulting leaders to deliver creative and compelling marketing that enables growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is adept at building strong internal and external relationships with a track record of delivering impactful marketing in B2B professional services environments where there is a focus on high value sales and complex propositions.

Your role as Senior Marketing Manager – Consumer

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our consumer leadership team working in partnership to deliver the following key responsibilities:

  • Translate our growth strategies, engagement themes, and priorities into compelling and impactful marketing strategies that enable growth and stimulate demand for our client offering. 
  • Lead and inspire a growing marketing team to ensure world class marketing strategy development and activation for our Consumer Cluster.
  • Design and deliver communications strategies for large engagement programmes and strategic partnerships that are instrumental to our growth.
  • Lead and be accountable for all investment into marketing strategies and activities for your specialist markets to ensure that we successfully achieve our objectives and consistently see valuable return on investment.
  • Be a strong advocate for our marketing approach across the business, including becoming a trusted advisor and presenting to leadership and the wider business on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Degree preferred, although a CIM marketing qualification will be considered.
  • Significant marketing leadership experience with a successful track record in a B2B professional services environment where there is a focus on high value sales and complex propositions.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing teams to design and implement successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Background in delivering compelling marketing delivery, including:
    • Event management experience across a range of event styles, with a focus on designing experiences and engagements which build and develop c-suite relationships.
    • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills and attention to detail, especially the ability to articulate compelling messaging and copy that resonates with a c-suite audience.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills, including strong public speaking in different size groups.
    • Strong creative acumen, and able to brief and work alongside design agencies to deliver engaging content and creative.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership teams, inspire confidence in others, and positively challenge ways of working.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent organisation and project leadership skills.

The profit share bonus is based on company performance and typically paid out in March and September.
