The Senior Marketing Manager will define and communicate the value proposition, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies while developing content and stakeholder relationships to drive leads and opportunities.

The Role
This role is a critical role, responsible for the positioning, messaging and content for Morningstar Wealth's Platform and Subscription products. A deep understanding of the business, our products, services, clients we serve and the competitive landscape is paramount. Defining and articulating the value proposition of the products as a whole as well as specific features will inform the positioning, messaging and content throughout the annual cycle of activity.
Defining a strategy and plan to communicate and promote Morningstar Wealth's proposition is the key focus of this role. Being able to develop content is central to the role. Working with stakeholders across the business as inputs into that content is key; with the responsibility of writing and positioning being held by this role.
Having eyes out across the wider Morningstar business is crucial. Curating content that exists and surfacing it to our audiences is a key responsibility of the role. Being able to influence content producers around the company is another key element. Vast amounts of content is produced by Morningstar, ensuring it is useable and aligned with Wealth's value proposition is key on delivering value to our clients.

Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in product content marketing- Demonstrated experience in writing, content development, developing, defining and articulating a products value proposition- Strong relationship and communication skills- A dual-minded approach: Creative and a willing to test and learn, but also the ability to understand priorities, be process-driven, and rely on data to make decisions- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field- High degree of organisation and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
