Rapid7 is looking for an experienced and passionate leader in Marketing Automation to join our Marketing Operations team, focusing on MarTech strategy, campaign automation, platform optimisation, integrations and technical infrastructure. This role is ideal for a technically skilled (Marketo certified), data-driven Marketing Operations evangelist with a passion for innovation-including delving into how AI can reduce friction in our marketing workflows.
This role requires a natural collaborator to partner effectively, cross functionally, will have the hands-on technical skills as well as understanding the technical impact of business decisions.
About the team:
You will be part of a high performing Marketing Operations team, enabling our Marketing function to deliver against our strategic initiatives. The EMEA Marketing team at Rapid7 is a compact yet powerful regional engine, comprised of approximately 5 to 10 talented professionals based across the UK, Germany, Prague, France, and Reading. This team is deeply integrated within the global marketing organization and is responsible for delivering tailored, market-specific initiatives-from account-based marketing (ABM) and campaign automation to partner and channel programs.
About the Role:
As a Lead Marketing Operations Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to enhancing the efficiency, scalability, and intelligence of our marketing programs, owning the automation systems that power our lead lifecycle, nurture programs, attribution, and personalisation.
Specifically, your focus will be to:
  • Drive Marketing Automation & Campaign Management.
  • Experience with MarTech Strategy & Technical Infrastructure.
  • Operational Infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of Compliance & Governance.
  • Experience specifically with Campaign management.

The skills and qualities you'll bring include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business, analytics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, planning, forecasting, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a Marketing Automation role.
  • Adobe Certified Expert (Marketo Certified Expert).
  • The ability to develop a data driven culture across a Marketing organisation.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong technical skills: HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, API integrations, Workato and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Python or low-code/no-code automation platforms (Zapier, Workato, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels across a Global organisation.
  • Experience in SaaS Marketing Measurement.
  • Experience implementing (or testing) Agentic AI tools in a marketing context.
  • Proficiency in Marketing, CRM and RevOps tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, GA, 6Sense etc.).
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics and predictive modelling techniques.
