Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to the client site in Bruce County, as required by project needs.

Salary Range: $130-165k (Exact compensation may vary).

  • Act as a technical interface with clients, vendors, regulators, and internal stakeholders, supporting design reviews, technical meetings, and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate across disciplines to define and achieve the required functionality, performance, reliability, availability, and maintainability of systems and components.

  • Support and mentor junior engineers by providing guidance, design oversight, and constructive technical feedback.

  • Work closely with QA and project teams to address design issues, support audits and reviews, and ensure overall design quality.

  • Contribute to the evolution of NPX’s design tools, standards, and processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and technical excellence.
