About the role:
As Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing some of the biggest Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chains in France, including both national and international accounts. You will lead strategic customer relationships, drive business growth, enhance the visibility of our key brands (Heinz & Bénédicta), and oversee commercial negotiations.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Global counterparts to ensure effective execution of business strategies.

- Own and grow a $15M+ portfolio of major QSR chains
- Engage top clients with a best-in-class approach
- Navigate customer networks
2) Drive business & brand growth
- Hit your targets: sales, margin, visibility, product launches
- Plan and lead tenders with the support of Marketing, Finance, and Global AFH
- Activate our brands in-store and online
3) Strategize & Collaborate
- Turn data into insights, and insights into action
- Shape long-term customer plans and strong commercial strategies
- Collaborate closely across departments and countries
What you will bring:
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Management
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the FMCG industry, ideally in Away From Home or QSR environments
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into commercial strategies
- Fluency in both French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
