The operations function at OKX is responsible for the overall day to day running of the local business. We're a team of risk-minded problem solvers helping to grow the business in a sustainable and compliant manner.
- Working with the Head of Operations to execute business strategies in alignment with team and company priorities.
- Driving improvements and optimisations across Product, Compliance, Customer Support & Growth.
- Be able to understand and interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to coordinate and execute multiple cross-functional projects at the same time.
- Be a local expert in user behaviour and regulatory requirements.
- Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing, and able to drive the progress of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities.
- Strong project management skills and a history of delivering on objectives.
- A track record of developing and implementing effective processes.
- A proven ability to work between cross-functional teams, including a self starter mentality when it comes to picking up new concepts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accountancy, Finance, Economics or in a related subject or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks.
- Intuitive, highly ethical and comfortable to question and challenge.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable using AI tools as a productivity lever, and genuinely curious about how emerging technology can streamline processes and improve output quality.
- Prior experience in a crypto exchange, FinTech or other start up in a regulated industry.
- Prior experience working in a multinational or matrix environment.
- Interest in crypto or trading.
