What is the key purpose of a Presale Designer?
As a Presale Designer at Taboola, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality mockups and designing world-class products for a global customer base. What skills and qualifications do I need?
For this role, it is essential that you have:
- 0–3 years of experience in graphic/UI design, with proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with video mockup creation using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
- A self-motivated approach, with a proven ability to manage tasks independently and deliver results within deadlines.
It would be great if you also have:
- Familiarity with technical design requirements and an understanding of the design process from conception to execution.
- A desire to continuously improve your technical skills and contribute to the team’s success.
What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
As a Presale Designer, you will:
- Design and case ownership: Create high-quality mockups (static and video) aligned with client requirements, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Take end-to-end ownership of assigned design cases, ensuring all efforts are well documented.
- Customer experience: Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores by delivering exceptional designs and proactive communication. Minimize escalations and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, design, and operations, to align your designs with company objectives. Participate in team meetings, product updates, and discussions to stay aligned with organizational goals.
- Continuous learning: Advance your technical skills, complete product-related training, and pursue professional certifications that enhance your design expertise.
