Your mission

GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Sr. Product Designer.

As a (Senior) Product Designer, you will craft experiences that make discovering, selecting, and purchasing photos seamless and delightful. Working alongside product managers and engineers, you’ll shape intuitive user journeys that balance both consumer delight and photographer needs. Your work will make a tangible impact, driving business value and bringing joy to families capturing their special moments.

This role sits at the intersection of photographer workflows and the end-customer experience. From choosing the right products to sell, to automating communication that drives action, you'll be shaping experiences that directly impact conversion, customer retention, and photographer success.

You’ll report directly to Nils, our Product Design Lead, and join a growing, impact-driven design team dedicated to simplicity, clarity, and customer delight.

Responsibilities
  • Immersing yourself in user needs: You conduct research, analyze data, and gather insights from photographers and consumers to uncover opportunities.

  • Designing the best experience for customers: You transform complex challenges into simple, elegant solutions that redefine how people interact with and purchase photos.

  • Bringing ideas to life: You craft engaging wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and polished designs in Figma, iterating based on user feedback.

  • Championing collaboration: You partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life and maintain a consistent, scalable design system.

  • Balance business and user needs: You optimize for both usability and performance metrics—like increased sales, better conversion, and ease of setup.

  • Shaping a strong design culture: You engage in design reviews, sharing insights, and continuously refining how we work as a team.

We are looking for
  • You have 4+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX and UI work - ideally from a B2B SaaS environment

  • You have experience designing and shipping complex, responsive web and mobile-first interfaces.

  • You have strong skills in interaction design, user research, and usability testing.

  • You are proficient in Figma and design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability in designs.

  • You have the ability to prototype and validate ideas quickly through wireframes and interactive mockups.

  • You have a structured mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

  • You have strong collaboration skills, working effectively with PMs, developers, and stakeholders.
