As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead design projects for payment experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly financial tools in a high-paced environment.

Design the future of money movement for beauty & wellness
At Fresha, we’re building the world’s leading marketplace for beauty and wellness — used by over 120,000 businesses and 450,000 professionals across 140+ countries. We’ve processed more than 1 billion appointments and we’re just getting started.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Money Tribe — a cross-functional team focused on building scalable, secure, and user-friendly payment experiences for our global community. If you're a mid-weight designer ready to step up, or a senior who wants full product ownership, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
💸 Why this role matters
This isn't just another design job. You'll shape how payments work across a global two-sided marketplace, making it easier for businesses to get paid and customers to transact with confidence. From building intuitive financial tools for salons and spas, to designing seamless checkout flows and in-app money experiences — this is a mission-critical area with huge scope.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a mature design system and supportive product culture — reporting into our Product Design Lead and working alongside experienced teammates from companies like Dyson, Sky, and ASOS.
🔧 What you’ll be doing
Own design end-to-end: From research and problem definition to prototyping and high-fidelity UI — you’ll lead projects from 0 to launch.
Shape payment experiences: Improve how Fresha handles everything from card payouts and invoices to subscriptions and cross-border transactions.
Work collaboratively: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions.
Lead with craft: Use your strong UI and interaction design skills to raise the bar across our products.
Design with autonomy: No UX researchers here — you’ll run your own discovery, talk to users, dive into data, and validate your ideas directly.
🎯 You’ll thrive if you have…
4–6 years of product design experience, ideally working on complex, transactional or fintech products.
Strong visual design skills and a deep understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and consistency.
Experience with Figma and established design systems.
A user-first mindset with the ability to simplify complex problems into elegant interfaces.
A collaborative, proactive approach — comfortable taking the lead and pushing for what’s best for users.
Bonus: experience in payments, financial tools, or marketplaces.
✨ What’s in it for you
Join a product-led company with massive global scale and ambitious growth plans.
Work in a high-ownership environment where your ideas will shape the product.
Be surrounded by top-tier design, product and engineering talent — and grow fast.
🛠 The Interview Process
We move fast — and keep it human:
Intro call – Talent team (30 mins)
Team interview – With Head of Product Design + PM (45 mins)
Portfolio review – In-person with Product + Design leadership (1 hour)
Final presentation – With senior stakeholders, including co-founder (1 hour)
We aim to wrap up the full process in under 2 weeks.
🌈 We design with inclusion in mind
We want everyone to feel welcome at Fresha. No matter your background, we encourage you to apply. If you need any adjustments to support your application or interview, just let us know.
