  • Roadmap Development: Define clear objectives and success metrics, translating business requirements into detailed user stories and actionable plans.
  • Effective Communication: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication on project updates and key decisions.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, remaining flexible and responsive to evolving needs and priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial Approach: Bring a creative, problem-solving mindset to development, continuously exploring innovative ways to create value for the business.

Qualifications ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŽ“

  • Specialist Knowledge: A strong background in credit risk assessment and underwriting with proven ability to develop compliant, customer-focused lending solutions.
  • Advanced AI Technologies: Required deep knowledge and hands-on experience with new AI technologies, and the ability to leverage these tools to drive innovation and optimize lending strategies. Your expertise in AI will be critical in integrating data-driven decision-making and automation into our product offerings.
