The Senior Product Manager - eSIM will lead strategy and execution for SIM/eSIM in IoT, focusing on customer pain points and go-to-market plans.
Your Role
As Senior Product Manager - eSIM, you will own the strategy, discovery, and go-to-market execution for our SIM and eSIM offerings in the IoT space. You’ll focus on understanding customer pain points, shaping solutions that drive measurable business impact, and enabling our teams to succeed in the market. Reporting to our Senior Director of Product & Pricing, you’ll work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that delivers results at scale.
Location: Berlin, remote within Germany, or remote within Poland. For those based outside Berlin, monthly in-person visits to our Berlin office are required.
Your Impact
- Drive proactive discovery of new SIM/eSIM product opportunities using market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies and go-to-market plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Create compelling sales enablement materials and product documentation that empower internal teams and support customer conversations.
- Lead agile delivery by translating product goals into clear priorities for the SIM squad.
- Represent the product internally and externally, including at customer meetings and industry events.
Your Skills
- Problem Discovery: Proven experience as a product manager in B2B technology, telecom, or IoT, with a track record of identifying and validating opportunities that deliver commercial impact.
- Execution (Pricing & GTM): Demonstrated ability to develop pricing strategies and translate them into effective go-to-market plans.
- Effective Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Domain Expertise: Comfort presenting to customers, partners, and at industry events, representing your product area with authority.
- Solution: Strong product management skills across discovery, solution design, and delivery, preferably in agile environments.
