Overview
The Payment Gateway Front End and Experience Team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Leader to help drive and own our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and solving complex, ambiguous problems. The ideal candidate is passionate about the end-to-end customer journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action.
This role is for a senior product manager who will strategically align and lead cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Regional Product, UX/Design, Client Delivery & Governance to deliver truly differentiated, scalable front-end products. The role is positioned to drive big and bold new ideas forward by combining creative thought leadership with intentional innovation and industry best practices.
Role
The successful candidate's primary responsibilities will be to:• Own the multi-year strategic vision and lead all key activities to drive roadmap execution of products, linking it to a quantifiable, executive-level product scorecard for monitoring and optimization of performance and business.• Own the end-to-end Product Management cycle for complex design challenges, feature development, strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, including financial modeling and revenue generation targets.• Resolve ambiguity, assess, define, and prioritize product enhancements, and coordinate with Engineering and business sponsors on work status, ensuring the team Move Fast on what matters most.• Actively engage in new innovation initiatives, data resources, and capability assessment with a futuristic lens, ensuring we build scalable solutions that address future market needs.• Bring voice-of-the-customer metrics and qualitative insights to life in a way that will inspire and drive organizational change and continuous iteration.• Continuously learn and adapt product enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities, prioritizing what matters for maximum impact.• Provide executive-level oversight and strategic engagement for launch, in-market testing, and global roll-out, acting as the ultimate owner of the outcome.

Skills & experience• Product development and management experience required, with significant experience in a Senior PM role or equivalent scope.• Proven track record in building complex, high-traffic B2B/B2C front-end products and applications that have driven measurable business value.• Experience leading technical discussions with engineering teams regarding API design, platform architecture, and scalability.• Expert experience and aptitude for product Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, managing high-stakes dependencies in a cross-functional matrix environment; and performing rigorous final impact assessment.• Exceptional written and verbal communication, collaboration, and executive presence skills.
