Job Description:

Datasite is entering a transformative phase as we evolve from powerful individual products to a unified, intelligent, product-led platform. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager – Growth & PLG to own one of our most critical strategic surfaces: the engine that powers product-driven growth.

In this role, you will define how Datasite grows through product. You’ll shape the full user lifecycle—how customers discover the platform, onboard, realize value quickly, and expand over time. Through innovative self‑service journeys, in‑product growth systems, dynamic pricing and packaging experiments, and AI-enabled personalization, you will design the foundation of a scalable, repeatable growth engine that drives long-term customer success and company-level impact.

This is a rare opportunity to build the growth system that will power the next era of Datasite’s evolution.

What You’ll Do
  • Define the PLG strategy and vision for how Datasite grows through product-led, self-service experiences.

  • Own the full PLG funnel—acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and expansion—with clear accountability for performance metrics and business outcomes.

  • Build a world-class self-service ecosystem, from initial touchpoints to long-term product expansion.

  • Design and operate a high-velocity experimentation program that uncovers insights, accelerates learning, and drives measurable product improvements.

  • Develop growth systems that improve time‑to‑value, feature discovery, product adoption, and monetization.

  • Leverage AI to personalize and streamline user journeys, identifying opportunities where intelligence meaningfully improves onboarding, engagement, and growth.

  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer teams to unify product and go‑to‑market motions.

  • Lead a cross-functional squad, creating clarity on priorities, setting a high execution bar, and driving outcomes over output.

  • Turn insights into scalable growth capabilities, building systems—not just experiments—that compound over time.

What You Bring
  • 7+ years building and launching user-facing SaaS products, with deep ownership of growth, PLG, or self-service experiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable product-led growth through experimentation, funnels, and engagement models.

  • Strong product sense and the ability to operate in ambiguous, high‑impact environments.

  • Comfort with both quantitative and qualitative insights, and a strong analytical foundation.

  • A systems mindset—you think in terms of long-term structures, not isolated features.

  • Collaborative leadership style and experience working closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM partners.

Why This Role Is Different

This role shapes the company’s future product growth model—not just how we optimize today. You’ll own a strategic, high‑visibility domain where your work will influence customer adoption, user success, and the long-term scalability of the business. Your success will be defined by the growth engines you create and the structural impact you drive across the platform.

Our company is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce where all individuals are respected and valued. We are an equal opportunity employer and make all employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds and are dedicated to building teams that reflect the diversity of our communities.
