Job Summary 
The Senior Product Manager – CRM & MarTech is responsible for developing, managing, and optimising Papa John’s customer engagement technology platforms across the UK and international markets. This role owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of CRM and marketing technology platforms including Braze, Dotdigital and Yext (digital presence management), ensuring these platforms enable scalable lifecycle marketing, personalised customer engagement, and measurable commercial impact.

Working closely with Digital Commerce, Marketing, Analytics, and international franchise markets, the Senior Product Manager ensures the MarTech ecosystem supports customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across digital channels.

Duties & Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, Marketing, eCommerce, Commercial, and Analytics teams to deliver experimentation, digital growth and customer engagement initiatives.

  • MarTech Strategy & Product Ownership

  • Own the CRM and MarTech product vision and roadmap, ensuring platforms support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. 

  • Maintain and prioritise the product backlog and ensure new capabilities align with business objectives and customer needs.

CRM Lifecycle Platforms

  • Manage CRM platforms including Braze (UK) and Dotdigital (International) to enable lifecycle marketing programs such as welcome, retention, win-back, and promotional campaigns. 

  • Drive segmentation, automation, and personalisation to improve engagement and conversion.

  • International CRM Enablement

  • Support international markets adopting CRM capabilities through Dotdigital by providing templates and best practices.

  • Partner with regional teams and franchisees to ensure CRM programs drive measurable impact in local markets.

MarTech Platform Management

  • Oversee additional marketing technology platforms including Yext, ensuring consistent digital presence and platform performance across markets. 

  • Manage vendor relationships and support platform integrations across the digital ecosystem.
