Bitrise has evolved from a single product to a comprehensive DevOps Platform, presenting unique challenges in maintaining a cohesive and robust user experience while allowing customers the flexibility to adopt different products. A key aspect of this evolution is the ongoing refinement of our monetization strategy, which involves defining or optimizing the monetization models and UX for both new and existing products. As a Product Manager focused on these holistic platform areas, you will be instrumental in defining the strategy. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional (XFN) team, including design, engineering, data, and product marketing, to elevate the Bitrise platform.

Salary range for the role: £80,000-£100,000

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Planning & Discovery: continuous discovery of new opportunities & pain points that form a cohesive roadmap that align with the overall company strategy. Analysing both quantitative & qualitative data to drive your decisions.
  • Delivery: Managing product development pipeline from idea to release including crafting user stories, user journeys, personas, milestones, success metrics and go-to-market strategy through partnering with the product marketing team
  • Experimentation & iteration: Setting up experiments, beta programmes and user interviews to test hypotheses & iterating post-launch to achieve success metrics
  • Product strategy: setting up sequences of feature launches that build on each other to reach compounding impact, aligning to overall product themes & long term strategy
  • Product operations: proactive participation of optimizing operations across XFN teams and beyond for efficient delivery & go-to-market flows

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management in the tech/software industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various monetization strategies, structures and how to implement them & bring them to market
  • Experience in driving agile product development in a cross-functional team
  • Experience with using analytics, data visualization & A/B testing tools
  • Experience with optimizing funnels for conversion rate via experiments in the product
  • Understanding of DevOps processes, practices and structures
  • Brought features/products to market that utilize LLMs / agentic AI to solve problems
  • Demonstrably strong written and verbal communication in English
