About the role

This is a UK-based position, offered on a hybrid basis from our Central London office or remotely from anywhere within the UK.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape one of Mobility Global's most important strategic initiatives. We are building a unified platform that will bring together products, data, insights, and customer workflows into a single experience. Success in this role will directly influence how Mobility Global delivers value to customers and evolves its future growth strategy.

Working closely with the Executive Director, Enterprise Platform Strategy, you will be responsible for translating strategy into delivery, bringing structure and driving execution across this critical transformation initiative, turning vision into delivery. You will play a key role in shaping a platform designed to become the primary destination for customers to access, analyze, and act on our industry-leading automotive intelligence. This is a highly visible initiative with executive sponsorship and meaningful impact across the business. It is not a feature optimization or product owner role. It is an opportunity to help create something fundamentally new while solving complex customer and business challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Executive Director to translate platform vision and strategic objectives into product roadmaps, workstreams and measurable outcomes.
  • Act as the primary product lead across internal stakeholders and outsourced development teams, ensuring clear requirements, effective communication, and successful delivery of platform capabilities.
  • Help define the platform capabilities, data foundations, customer experiences, and workflows required to support multiple products and future use cases.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI, data, and modern platform capabilities to transform customer workflows and decision-making.
  • Bring customer insight, market perspective, commercial judgment, and product expertise to strategic decisions.
  • Lead Platform Transformation
    • Drive the evolution of legacy products, processes, and operating models into a scalable, future-ready platform.
    • Champion integrated experiences, reusable capabilities, and shared foundations rather than fragmented solutions or isolated feature development.
    • Balance immediate customer and commercial needs with longer-term platform and transformation goals.
    • Challenge assumptions and established ways of working when they limit customer value, scalability, or speed.
    • Help shape a platform that supports Mobility Global’s long-term growth strategy.

  • Drive Innovation Through Data and AI
    • Partner with AI, Data Science, Engineering, UX, and business teams to bring AI capabilities from concept through delivery, launch, and adoption.
    • Help ensure AI-powered experiences are useful, trustworthy, explainable, and aligned with responsible product practices.
    • Incorporate appropriate transparency, source attribution, confidence indicators, user controls, and human oversight where relevant.

  • Create Clarity and Drive Delivery
    • Bring structure, focus, and momentum to complex problems where customer needs, requirements, priorities, or solutions are not yet fully defined.
    • Lead product discovery to understand customer, business, data, technical, and operational needs.
    • Own and actively manage the product roadmap and backlog across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
    • Establish prioritization frameworks and decision-making processes that enable progress across stakeholder groups.
    • Make clear trade-offs across customer value, strategic alignment, commercial impact, technical feasibility, risk, and available resources.
    • Partner with Engineering, UX, AI, Data Science, Commercial, Operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.
    • Ensure delivery remains aligned with the platform strategy rather than becoming a collection of disconnected features.

  • Influence, Launch, and Measure Outcomes
    • Align executive, commercial, operational, technology, and customer-facing stakeholders around a common vision and roadmap.
    • Act as a trusted advisor and change agent, influencing decisions without relying solely on formal authority.
    • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and customer-facing teams on launch, enablement, adoption, and go-to-market plans.
    • Use customer research, product analytics, adoption data, support insights, and commercial results to assess performance and guide future investment.
    • Connect product decisions to measurable customer and business outcomes, including adoption, revenue growth, retention, efficiency, and customer value.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Significant product management experience delivering complex digital products, enterprise platforms, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Experience creating, launching, or significantly contributing to the transformation of a platform, digital product, or product ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to take an ambiguous opportunity through discovery, prioritization, delivery, launch, and continued evolution.
  • Experience contributing to transformation initiatives involving products, customer experiences, business processes or operating models.
  • Strong experience managing roadmaps and backlogs, prioritizing investment, and leading cross-functional delivery.
  • Experience integrating AI, machine learning, data science, or advanced analytics into customer-facing products or business workflows.
  • Drive disciplined execution across a complex delivery environment, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect product decisions to customer value and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, risk, dependencies, and limited resources.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building AI-powered enterprise, data, analytics, market intelligence, research, or workflow products.
  • Understanding of trustworthy and responsible AI practices, including explainability, source attribution, confidence indicators, user controls, feedback loops, and human oversight.
  • Experience with data-intensive products, dashboards, reporting, visualizations, or complex information experiences
  • Experience developing go-to-market and adoption strategies in partnership with commercial and operational teams.
  • Experience in automotive, mobility, SaaS, B2B data, market intelligence, analytics, or another technology- and data-driven environment.

What’s In It for You

  • Competitive compensation package, including base salary and incentive opportunities where applicable.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits for employees and eligible dependents.
  • Retirement savings programs, including company matching contributions where available.
  • The opportunity to shape a foundational platform at the intersection of automotive intelligence, data, and AI.
  • The opportunity to work on a high-profile transformation with meaningful impact on customers, the business, and the future of Mobility Global.
