What will you own

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our User Services Team. The User Services Team owns critical enterprise platform user flows, such as license/credit management, authentication, RBAC, tools download, and others.
You’ll be the voice of the customer, driving the strategy and roadmap to enhance and expand our platform, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences and maximising client value.

This role is critical to upleveling our understanding of users, improving existing features, and introducing new capabilities to ensure our product continues to meet evolving customer needs.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, has a passion for user-centric product development, and excels at improving established products through iterative enhancements and innovative features.

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for the customer-facing components of our platform, with a focus on insights and user experience.

  • Be embedded within the User Services Teams to serve as the voice of the user, ensuring their needs and feedback shape product decisions.

  • Drive improvements to existing features and develop new capabilities to meet our clients’ needs and improve user management, navigation and other platform topics.

  • Research and understand customer pain points, use cases to inform product development and validate new ideas.

  • Engage in technical discussions with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of features.

  • Identify high-value problems and define clear, actionable requirements to address them.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and leadership to translate broad goals into clear product plans and priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager for an enterprise or B2b product, with a track record of improving and expanding established products.

  • At least 4-5 years of experience as a Product Manager

  • Hands-on experience owning or building user admin features, eg: RBAC, authentication, license management, notifications and others.

  • Systems thinker with a strong technical background or understanding of technical products.

  • Experiencing gathering customer insights through research methods, and crafting user experiences and features based on market/user feedback.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, including C-level executives, Engineers, and Designers.

  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to navigate and clarify ambiguity when it surfaces.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
