What will I be doing?

As a Senior Product Manager on the Marketing Website team, you will be responsible for driving the execution and delivery of high-impact marketing landing pages and microsites that support our biggest marketing campaigns and events. This is a highly visible and exciting role, bringing Intercom’s brand and story to life through world-class web experiences.

Our ideal candidate is a ‘doer’. You naturally drive projects, move fast, are excited by innovative work, collaborate cross-functionally, and make sure things get shipped on time and to the highest standards. You’ll partner closely with teams across our marketing organization, as well as the cross functional team of designers, engineers and product marketers you’ll join, to deliver visually stunning, innovative pages that elevate our marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project execution for landing pages and microsites that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and key company events.
  • Coordinating across multiple teams—including Events, Audience Engagement, Product Marketing and Brand—to ensure projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality.
  • Pairing closely with designers to deliver visually compelling, high-quality web pages that reflect our brand’s breadth and flexibility—no cookie-cutter templates here!
  • Owning timelines and delivery of website projects, ensuring alignment with broader marketing priorities and deadlines.
  • Providing an eye for messaging and copy, ensuring that content is sharp, engaging, and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Driving collaboration and urgency, ensuring projects move quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities across different marketing initiatives.

What skills do I need?

  • Experience in product management or web project management, with a track record of shipping impactful work.
  • Exceptional project management skills—able to juggle multiple deadlines, drive alignment across stakeholders, and keep things moving forward.
  • A strong design eye—you understand what makes for a visually compelling landing page and are comfortable collaborating closely with designers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills—you’re a strong communicator, keeping teams aligned and ensuring smooth collaboration between marketing, design, and engineering.
  • Attention to detail—from copy to design to functionality, you have high standards and expect the same from those around you.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment—you move quickly, adapt to change, and make decisions that keep projects on track.
  • An understanding of messaging and storytelling—you don’t need to be a copywriter, but you should be able to provide thoughtful feedback and ensure content aligns with campaign goals.
  • A passion for marketing and branding—you love the craft of bringing brands to life online and are excited by the opportunity to work on high-profile campaigns.
