🌍 Senior Product Manager – Remote (Europe)
Join us at cargo.one as we build the future of air freight.

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, strategic Senior Product Manager reporting directly to our VP of product who’s passionate about delivering world-class user experiences. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of forwarder-focused products that help our customers win more shipments — and you’ll shape the future of our platform as we scale.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing Series B startup, backed by Index Ventures and Bessemer, at the forefront of digitising a $123bn global industry.

🚀 What You’ll Do
  • Own the roadmap for a core set of forwarder-facing applications

  • Deeply understand user needs by engaging directly with customers

  • Define key metrics and work closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales and support

  • Drive adoption and ACV growth through great product decisions

  • Collaborate with the broader team to shape our product strategy

  • Ship features that make a real impact — across both enterprise and SMB customers

🧠 What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally at late Series A to Series C startups

  • Hands-on product-building experience, with examples of leading strategy or owning a portfolio

  • Strong communication and writing skills; confident leading discussions with business and technical stakeholders

  • Technically curious

  • Experience managing backlogs, defining metrics, and shipping meaningful outcomes

  • You're a strong IC who wants to stay close to the work (not just manage others)

✅ What Makes You a Great Fit
  • You're genuinely excited about this opportunity and the problem we are solving

  • You bring a growth mindset, with a bias for user-centric problem-solving

  • You’ve worked in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • You value feedback, and you’re always striving to improve

  • You think boldly, act responsibly, and love seeing ideas come to life

🎁 What We Offer
  • Fully remote across (almost) anywhere in Europe — check our hiring locations

  • €650 home office setup budget + laptop

  • Unlimited co-working options with Desana

  • 24 vacation days + public holidays in your country

  • Stock options — your slice of the pie

  • Biannual company offsites and team meetups (watch the video!)

✈️ Why Air Cargo?

Imagine trying to book a holiday with no Skyscanner. That’s the state of air cargo today. We're building the booking platform the industry has waited for — giving forwarders and airlines the tools to trade air freight in seconds, not days. If that challenge excites you, let’s talk.

What you need to know about the Edinburgh Tech Scene

From traditional pubs and centuries-old universities to sleek shopping malls and glass-paneled office buildings, Edinburgh's architecture reflects its unique blend of history and modernity. But the fusion of past and future isn't just visible in its buildings; it's also shaping the city's economy. Named the United Kingdom's leading technology ecosystem outside of London, Edinburgh plays host to major global companies like Apple and Adobe, as well as a growing number of innovative startups in fields like cybersecurity, finance and healthcare.
