The Role
Capco is expanding our Product & Experience team, and we're looking for a talented Product Manager to help shape the future of digital products across financial services and energy. You'll drive strategy, delivery, and user value across a diverse portfolio, working closely with clients, internal teams, and end users to build solutions that are as functional as they are innovative. This is an opportunity to lead transformative change - balancing market needs, user expectations, and technological feasibility to deliver real impact.
What You’ll Do
Define and lead product strategies and roadmaps aligned to client goals and user needs
Manage product delivery across all stages of the lifecycle, from discovery to go-to-market
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including business analysis, design, development, and QA
Partner with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, to influence outcomes and ensure alignment
Bring together market insights, user research, and technical considerations to deliver scalable, impactful products
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading end-to-end product management across B2B, B2C, or B2B2C
Demonstrated ability to build commercially viable products in regulated industries
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of product strategy, user-centred design, and agile delivery
Experience delivering digital products in financial services and/or energy sectors
Bonus Points For
Strong consultancy experience in financial services and/or energy
A track record in scaling products, increasing market share, or improving margins
Experience navigating regulatory and compliance environments
Ability to mentor and coach junior team members
Exposure to both greenfield and legacy product transformation initiatives
