We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. This is a remote position based out of the United Kingdom.
Job Summary
The Senior Product Manager will lead the full product lifecycle-from concept through launch-for software solutions delivered internationally. This role is responsible for supporting and scaling new product initiatives while driving a portfolio of healthcare IT security solutions that fuel growth across EMEA, APAC, and emerging global markets. The ideal candidate will combine product leadership with a deep understanding of international market needs and cross-functional collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as Product Owner for strategic international solutions across EMEA and APAC.
  • Lead cross-portfolio international product initiatives in close collaboration with Product Management and Engineering, including development and testing.
  • Define and document clear product requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to validate new product ideas and deeply understand user and buyer personas.
  • Own and drive the international solutions roadmap, leveraging existing and new offerings across the portfolio.
  • Perform market, competitive, and SWOT analysis in partnership with regional product managers to inform international product strategy.
  • Engage customers, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to translate market needs into product and business requirements.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Finance, and Business Development to define value propositions, pricing, positioning, and third-party integrations.
  • Support successful product launches and commercial execution by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Services, Support, Legal, and Operations as the product expert.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager in healthcare IT or identity management.
  • Experience with cloud and/or SaaS solutions.
  • Understanding of healthcare business and care delivery processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, execute and deliver products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research capabilities such as voice of the customer.
  • Proven experience turning research into new opportunities that identify minimal viable product, product differentiators within a competitive landscape and a long-term product road map.
  • Impeccable interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about solving problems in innovative ways.
  • Detail oriented but with the ability to think and act strategically.
  • Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively.
