Organizational Impact

This role serves as the strategic connective tissue between the market, the product, and revenue teams, ensuring that what we build, how we talk about it, and how we sell it are grounded in real customer needs and competitive realities. By owning market intelligence and customer insights, this role translates complex market signals into clear, actionable guidance that informs product roadmap decisions, positioning, and investment priorities. Through strong product positioning, pricing strategy, and messaging, this role ensures that our products are clearly differentiated and consistently communicated across all customer touchpoints. The result is a unified narrative that resonates with buyers, supports demand generation, and accelerates sales cycles by making value easy to understand and articulate.

The role has a direct impact on sales effectiveness and revenue performance by equipping sales teams with the training, tools, and collateral they need to confidently communicate product value in customer-specific contexts. By enabling sales with clear use cases, competitive insights, and proof points, this role helps improve win rates, deal velocity, and customer trust. Additionally, by driving go-to-market and release strategies in close partnership with Product and Marketing, this role ensures launches are coordinated, impactful, and measurable — maximizing adoption and reducing time-to-value for new features and products. Through thought leadership and high-impact content creation, the role strengthens brand credibility, elevates our voice in the market, and positions the company as a trusted authority within the industry.
