What this job can offer you

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, joining our Marketing team. You’ll work closely with all growth, sales, customer success, and product teams to gather and analyze customer insights that inform Remote's product and marketing strategies, lead go-to-market for our suite of products, and create and execute product launches and campaigns to drive business growth (attract, convert, retain).

What you bring

  • A customer-obsessed story-teller. You have deep empathy for customers and users, and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience, from junior HR ops to CPO, and differentiate Remote
  • Highly organized and articulated. You are able to manage complex projects and keep various work streams on track. You know what the best channel for each message is and you are a great writer
  • Strategy and result-driven. You are eager to make a huge impact at Remote. You thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment and are able to operate fluidly between the big picture and the small task, while never losing sight of results
  • A team player. It's a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with product, design, operations, sales, partnerships and finance, and needs to be able to nurture warm relationships across every team
  • An incredible marketing copywriter: you truly excel at writing landing pages and sales collateral. Your writing skills are superior and you love writing
  • Data and metric-driven, with excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Highly independent, able to define your own goals and and execute them
  • Fluent in English both writing and speaking. Speaking more languages is a plus
  • Familiar with working on a remote or distributed team. It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
  • Experience in B2B SaaS technology marketing working closely with sales teams

Key Responsibilities 

  • Perform market and user research
  • Gain structured insights re: Remote customers and users
  • Become an expert in Remote competitive landscape
  • Develop a clear vision for our product strategy
  • Develop product positioning and messaging
  • Design and execute both go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Support the enablement of Remote user-facing teams, such as Sales and Customer Success
  • Work closely with other Remoters both within the marketing team and cross-functionally, especially with product, design, operations, sales, partnerships and finance

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce.  We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $56,900 — $192,050 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.

Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.
