We're looking for a creative problem solver with a passion to innovate and collaborate to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial Product Management team. In this role, you combine product vision with overall business strategy to focus, direct and motivate the development teams on execution of the roadmap. Your robust market analysis includes interaction with customers and prospects to discover and detail requirements that lead to innovative solutions that delight our end users. You thrive working under conditions of uncertainty, focusing more on outcomes and how to reach them.
The Team
You'll join the Business Automation organization, which builds our back-office automation software. Come join the team and help pioneer Enverus's mission to provide a complete solution that helps to streamline and accelerate vendor collaboration and payment process. This is a full-time role and will be based in Brno, Czech Republic, where Enverus has a hub for developing software. You can learn more about our team, company culture, and benefits here .
Performance Objectives
  • Support the strategy by articulating, to diverse groups, the vision of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization
  • Manage execution for a specific product from product definition and planning through launch, upgrade, maintenance, and sunset.
  • Work in an agile process to develop user stories and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing market and user needs
  • Serve as the central resource between design, sales, subject matter experts, research & development, client services and marketing throughout the entire product life cycle
  • Act as a user champion when coordinating product development with business stakeholders and align all development activity with business goals and priorities
  • Manage the product backlog (refinement & prioritization), work day-to-day with the scrum team(s) to clarify requirements, collaboratively balance business needs with technical requirements and recommend alternative approaches to maximize impact
  • Collaborate as required, with Marketing, Sales, SMEs, and Client Services on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved

Competitive Candidate Profile
  • Experience in a market-facing cloud-based software product management role
  • 5+ years of experience in a product role from requirements through design
  • Ability to communicate effectively with development teams to accomplish project goals
  • Capability of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product
  • Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally
  • Ability to adapt work schedule to US working hours 2 days per week
  • Willingness to travel to Canada and the US for onboarding (2 weeks) and (at least) annually to attend product meetings.
