We are hiring for an experienced project manager with a background in delivering Microsoft-related digital transformation projects. The role can be based work remote-first in Ireland or the UK only. This role offers an opportunity to spearhead digital transformation initiatives, playing a pivotal role in shaping innovative solutions for our customers' future.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing multiple technical projects from initiation through the full project lifecycle.
  • Accountable for delivering medium to large technical projects on time, within defined scope and within budget.
  • Engaging with customers to define project scope and objectives.
  • Development and management of project plans, schedules, budgets.
  • Communicating with customers and the project team around project milestones and dependencies.
  • Co-ordinating the project team on day-to-day activities.
  • Ensuring project methodologies, business processes and project documentation are followed and maintained.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders and decision makers on project progress, reporting and escalating to senior management as needed.
  • Support the development teams during implementation to coordinate with the customer, to clarify requirements and to help successfully deliver quality applications.
  • The use of Software Development Lifecycle tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA & SharePoint to capture and monitor requirements for the cross-functional teams.

Experience:

  • Demonstrable project management experience in managing large and multiple software/platform projects
  • Establishing, managing and monitoring project budgets and forecasts
  • Good knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle and experience using Project Management and software tools (i.e. Azure DevOps).
  • A natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and present technical content to a range of audiences.
  • Ability to design and deliver a high-level roadmap and align and manage project deliverables and tasks for successful execution.
  • Enjoy collaborating and leading teams to design a strategy to solve problems and implement innovative solutions.
  • Developing strategies and visions and aligning project deliverables.
