Job Summary:**
AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
* Manage project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project goals.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members, providing clear and concise updates on project status.
* Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
* Oversee the procurement and management of contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
* Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
* Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
* Champion best practices in project management methodologies and tools.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
* PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
* Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to infrastructure projects.
