The Role: Senior QA Engineer – Ireland
Job Location: We have a Dublin Office – open to hybrid Dublin area-based candidates only
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing QA team and support our highly successful off-price luxury e-commerce business with multiple well-established brands.
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will help ensure the quality that our 30M+ customers demand as we launch new, innovative features powered by our storefront and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Influence the building of software before it’s built, finding ways to insert quality into all aspects of the business
- Test all layers of the codebase with a focus on APIs, database validation and enterprise software using a variety of testing techniques
- Collaborate closely with peers as part of a context-driven, agile feature team. Help to evolve our culture of excellence in software testing by mentoring, sharing skills, and experiences.
- Prepare and manage test documentation and reporting mechanisms to share with the team

- Experience in testing modern web browsers, mobile applications, and microservices using tools such as Postman, Charles Proxy, ReadyAPI, and similar technologies, demonstrating a strong understanding of API contracts and performance testing.
- A strong sense of ownership for the quality of your product, coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement. You act as the voice of the customer, representing their needs and expectations to your cross-functional team to drive enhancements and ensure alignment with user requirements.
- Strong working knowledge of source control, coding languages, and frameworks used for software testing tools
- Preferred coding experience in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with expertise in using or developing within frameworks such as WebDriverIO, Appium, or Cucumber (or similar testing frameworks)
- Experience evaluating and implementing scalable automation tools and frameworks to support CI/CD/CT pipelines
- Preferred background in integrating testing pipelines using Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild & CodeDeploy, and experience with device testing solutions such as AWS Device Farm or similar services.
- Proven experience in building, customizing, and managing complex test environments, including handling data and configuration across multiple platforms, ensuring stability and accuracy in testing processes.
- Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive suites of automated tests focused on validating and retesting business-critical use cases, optimizing for performance, reliability, and maintainability across multiple systems and environments.
- Proven ability to mentor, train, and collaborate effectively with team members from diverse skill sets and backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Fluency in English

Expected Base Salary Range: €80,000 - €90,000
