The Senior QA Automation Engineer will develop automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing while collaborating with various teams to improve testing processes and product quality.
We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive our automation strategy and ensure the delivery of high-quality products across our gaming platforms. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API environments, while also leveraging GenAI-driven testing approaches. Working closely with developers, product managers, and QA peers, you’ll play a key role in maintaining performance, reliability, and a seamless user experience for players worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing using tools like Selenium, Playwright, and Appium.
- Create and optimize automated test suites to support regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Implement AI-driven testing scenarios and integrate GenAI tools into existing frameworks to validate reliability of large language models.
- Perform API testing using tools such as REST Assured, Postman, or Swagger.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to translate requirements into effective automation strategies.
- Mentor team members on automation best practices and help raise the team’s technical proficiency.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Bamboo.
- Conduct performance and load testing using tools like JMeter or Gatling.
- Document test cases, frameworks, and processes to ensure reusability and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and continuously suggest improvements to enhance testing efficiency and product quality.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–8 years of experience in test automation and QA, with proven success building frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, REST Assured, Postman, Karate, etc.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Bamboo.
- Experience with prompt engineering and integrating GenAI tools into automation workflows.
- Knowledge of containerized environments using Docker.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
