What you'll do as a Senior QA Engineer
- Conduct comprehensive testing of data pipelines, ETL workflows, and reporting systems from start to finish
- Utilize AI-enhanced tools to streamline test case creation, detect anomalies, and validate data accuracy
- Implement AI methodologies to boost test automation and uncover recurring data quality problems
- Verify data consistency across various databases and reporting platforms.
- Examine large-scale datasets to detect inconsistencies, trends, and issues related to data integrity
- Work with SQL-based systems, including platforms like SQL Server and Snowflake.
- Partner with Engineering and Tech Program Manager teams to establish testing needs and refine data quality processes
- Engage in Agile ceremonies and manage QA-related tasks using Jira
What you'll bring
- 3+ years of experience in Data Quality Assurance, working on data-centric projects such as ETL testing, data validation, and analytics quality checks
- Solid understanding of data quality testing techniques
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Databases (Snowflake)
- Basic Python knowledge
- Experience with Git
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Experience with Jira, Confluence
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
