  • Set the tone for the team: energy, structure and accountability, day to day
  • Combine scheduled meetings with drop-ins to qualified businesses across the region
  • Work to targets across a range of metrics, for yourself and the team

What you'll need

  • A proven track record in B2B field sales, or strong transferable experience in hospitality or leisure
  • Experience managing, coaching or developing people in a sales environment
  • Strong relationships and connections across Edinburgh and it’s conurbations
  • Confident negotiator, comfortable handling objections and pushing deals forward
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional, tenacious approach
  • Understanding of hospitality industry language and considerations, including margins
  • Organised, self-motivated and driven by KPIs
