THE ROLE: 

We’re seeking a Senior Advertiser Solutions Partner to drive new business and shape the growth of Genius Sports’ innovative advertising offering in the UK market. This is a senior individual contributor sales role for someone who thrives on building something new — combining technology, creativity, strategic insight, and commercial drive to help brands harness the power of sport.

You’ll play a leading role in developing relationships across agencies and brands, educating the market on our proprietary advertising solutions, and closing high-value partnerships that demonstrate the impact of Genius Sports’ data-driven creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business development across agencies and brands.
  • Position Genius Sports’ unique suite of advertising solutions — including Augmentation, Gamification, and real-time fan engagement formats — in ways that inspire clients and drive measurable results.
  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans that differentiate Genius Sports in a competitive ad tech landscape.
  • Build and nurture senior relationships across the media and advertising ecosystem.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to evolve our value proposition based on client feedback and industry trends.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 8+ years of experience in advertising sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth within the digital advertising industry.
  • A passionate, ambitious sales professional with a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem — from programmatic and social to digital innovation.
  • Well-connected with strong agency and brand relationships across the UK market.
  • Proven success in selling digital or ad tech solutions that challenge the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial in mindset — a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, growth environments.
  • Commercially sharp, confident in articulating ROI, and fluent in the language of client KPIs and business impact.
