Job Description:

Context & Purpose of the Role
The Senior Sales Business Analyst on the Sales Enablement and Performance Team drives sales performance analysis by providing actionable insights and recommendations for improving Pluxee’s commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities include preparing recurring and ad hoc reports and engaging with senior leadership to support informed decisions on commercial performance.
Primary focus is to turn those insights into measurable commercial impact—identifying the levers that improve sales effectiveness, highlighting growth opportunities, and enabling replication of relevant client commercial analyses for merchant stakeholders, in close collaboration with the Merchant Sales Enablement and Performance leader.
The Senior Sales Business Analyst operates within an international context, collaborating closely with Global, Regional, and Country teams.

As a Senior Sales Business Analyst, you will handle :
Key Responsibilities

 1. Sales Performance Analysis, Insights & Recommendations

  • Prepare, consolidate, and distribute commercial performance analysis and reporting packs for key stakeholders.

  • Deliver actionable recommendations based on sales analyses, proactively identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance and initiating actions to address key drivers and leverage points.

  • Leverage AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., advanced analytics, automation, predictive insights) to enhance insight relevance, streamline analysis, and improve decision-making efficiency.

  •  Collaborate with other teams and Competence Centers on sales analyses, fostering cross-functional influence in a global organization.

2. Sales Data & Analytics
  • To enable high-quality sales performance analysis and insights, the role owns Pluxee sales performance data dashboards ensuring consistent definitions and adoption across markets.

  o   Identify key insights and trends from dashboard data to evaluate client and merchant performance.

  • Lead change requests and manage business requirements.
  • Drive Sales Analytics initiatives and propose new sales analytics use cases; serve as the main point of contact for Sales Analytics and facilitate alignment between business and technical teams.

    • Lead high-impact ad-hoc sales analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.

    • Lead the Sales Analytics methodology and foster community alignment.

  • Ensure data quality and integrity across sales performance reporting (definitions, completeness, and consistency).

    • Understand CRM data registration logic.

    • Identify and help resolve sources of data quality issues.

    • Improve Sales Metrics and KPIs through continuous enhancement in partnership with Tech.

3. Monitoring CRM Activities
  • Ensure global Salesforce reporting structures are accurate, complete, and consistent.

  • Partner with the Salesforce Product Owner to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

  • Drive adoption of pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline across markets to improve forecast reliability and data completeness.

Profile & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales analytics or commercial business intelligence, with a track record of improving commercial performance through data-driven insights.

  • Experience operating effectively in a global, matrixed SaaS or digital services environment, navigating complex structures to deliver impactful analyses.

  • Experience developing and delivering global reports, extracting actionable insights from large datasets (e.g., data lakes) to inform business decisions.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for leadership audiences using data visualization and storytelling.

  • Advanced Excel and Salesforce capabilities (dashboards, forecasting, opportunity management) to support commercial objectives.

  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik to perform sophisticated analysis and visualization of sales and commercial data.

  • Salesforce reporting and/or major BI platform certifications (or willingness to pursue them).

  • Fluent English communication skills, with strong capability for global, cross-functional collaboration.

Location & Working conditions
  • This position is open across multiple Pluxee locations, in France and other European countries.

  • Availability to work across time zones.
