Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in consultation, development and delivery training programs for our Revenue and partner teams. Through project management, development of continuous measurable enablement initiatives, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders you will be responsible to deliver measurable revenue impact through skills, knowledge and process enablement. Additionally, you will be responsible for enablement initiatives for our key global partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Enablement:
    • Through data driven consultation, make recommendations for enablement programs.
    • Develop enablement programs through leveraging modern instructional design practices. 
    • Demonstrate strong business partner collaboration with PMM to drive knowledge activation.
    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
    • Consult revenue leaders leveraging performance insights from enablement initiatives. 
    • Identify and address skill gaps through targeted enablement initiatives.
  • Partner & Reseller Enablement
    • Leverage data and insights to identify skill gaps and develop enablement recommendations
    • Develop sustainable, zero touch self paced onboarding program for Parter resellers to accelerate partner and reseller productivity.
    • Develop continuous learning motion in partnership with PMM to ensure partner teams enablement materials are tailored for partner success.
    • Gather feedback and continuously improve partner enablement.
  • Operational Support & Collaboration
    • Optimize enablement tools (Gong, LMS, CMS & SF) and resources for efficiency.
    • Foster alignment between Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams.
    • Ensure enablement initiatives support company goals and partner growth.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement roles in saas organisation.
  • Background in instructional design or training development, facilitation. 
  • Proven track record in partner or M&A management.
  • Experience in sales training and development, ideally within tech or SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and enablement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to work in-office up to 5 days per week, depending on training needs.

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing in a B2B SaaS or high-tech environment.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS sales, ERP, or expense management solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
