Are you interested in solving complex problems for ServiceNow customers? We're the leading DevOps partner in the ServiceNow ecosystem and are looking for engineers who are passionate about integrating the latest technologies with the ServiceNow platform. This is a unique opportunity to work with the ServiceNow platform as well as AWS, GCP, Azure, Jenkins, Github, QA tools, and more!
What you'll do:
Develop quality software and web applications
Analyze and maintain existing software applications
Design highly scalable, testable code
Discover and fix programming bugs
3rd party integration development (REST, SOAP, mid servers, etc)
Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, UI scripts
Work independently with customers on implementations and remote services
Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues
Attend requirements review and validation sessions as needed
Participate in SCRUM calls
Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills
Stay on time and on task with assigned customer work
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of development experience with JS or ServiceNow
Experience working with ITOM products is required
Experience in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, AIOps is a plus.
Experience/willingness working on multiple projects simultaneously
Self-Learner and eager to understand new technologies
Compensation:
Base Salary: $125,000-$180,000 annually, depending on experience
