We are now building and scaling our engineering teams in London and we are looking for experienced Software Engineers. This is an exciting opportunity to be among our first Technical Leads based in London and shape the future of our Engineering teams here!

About The Role

You will work with experienced and highly talented engineers — who love what they do — with cutting-edge technologies in a data and impact-driven environment. We promote transparency, full ownership, teamwork, and a no-ego policy.

Our engineering department comprises different groups, each responsible for a crucial domain in the monday.com product. With over 300 engineers, we operate as part of cross-functional teams, defining, improving, building, and delivering features collaboratively. 

What you will do:

  • Work closely with Product and Design, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Work on an end-to-end design and implementation of features - from database to UI.
  • Work towards impact - achieve customer satisfaction while taking into consideration scaling, performance and UX
  • Our Stack - React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL

Note: Prior experience with our tech stack is not required; we welcome people willing to learn.



Requirements

  • Strong technical skills and a passion for developing features end-to-end (client and server).
  • Experience building a web application from scratch.
  • Understanding of product and a passion for building software that provides a great experience.
  • Strive for excellence, biased for action and collaboration with team members.
  • Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
