We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join Flashpoint National Security Solutions (FNSS) and become a critical force-multiplier in the fight against global cyber and physical threats. In this high-impact EMEA based pre-sales role, you won’t just demonstrate software; you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to mission-critical organizations, helping them navigate the complex Deep and Dark Web landscape to safeguard their most invaluable assets. Leveraging our Ignite Threat Intelligence platform, you will translate intricate business challenges into decisive intelligence strategies, ensuring our customers can proactively confront ransomware, fraud, geopolitical risks, and many other threats. If you are a technical expert who thrives on human-powered data and desires a mission-driven environment where your insights directly protect lives and critical infrastructure, this role may be for you.

We have a role for you if, you:

  • Are interested in and have knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) or the broader cybersecurity domain, combined with an eagerness to quickly master the Flashpoint Ignite platform and its value proposition

  • Demonstrate high Emotional Intelligence and a proactive desire to actively contribute to fostering a happy, healthy, and high-performing team environment

  • Have motivation to proactively combat threats, driven by a strong work ethic and continuous self-improvement, and possesses deep integrity, including the willingness to admit and actively learn from mistakes

  • Excitement to engage with customers and prospects to articulate the value of intelligence solutions as you grow into a trusted advisor

  • Have a willingness to learn and understand workflows, processes, and various sales tools

  • Enjoy the technical and creative aspects of building internal/external presentations, participating in webinars, and contributing to thought leadership content

  • Are obsessed with monitoring OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) and the digital landscape for emerging trends, with the goal of becoming an observant communicator and storyteller

  • Have the willingness to learn how to demo Flashpoint solutions effectively to articulate the value proposition and customer story

  • Are passionate for consulting with others, learn how to solve complex problems, and offer creative solutions

What you will get to do on our team:

  • Be part of a high-performing team with unmatched backgrounds and accomplishments

  • Solve some of the most complex and challenging problems faced by Cyber Security and Physical Security Teams inside of government and educational institutions

  • Be a creative problem solver and become a Subject Matter Expert on all Flashpoint’s products and services.

  • Support Pre and Post-revenue generating activity as a technical subject matter expert (i.e., platform, data, services, future offerings)

  • Strategically partner with Sales Directors, Customer Success Directors, and internal stakeholders (i.e. engineering, intel team, collections team) to ensure proper support is achieved for customer needs.

  • Communicate and collaborate with Sales Directors, the Product Team, and leadership on technical matters and how they impact strategy and opportunities to help shape current and future products.

What you will achieve:

  • Within 30 days

    • Cross-train across Flashpoint’s intelligence suite of products and services;

    • Work to understand Flashpoint’s deeper ROI;

    • Lean-in and help out wherever it will add value, including helping to create knowledge transfer materials based on past experience.

  • Within 60 days

    • Engage in role-playing scenarios with reps and SAs to get more ‘at-bats’ and practice a refined pitch that is not just a presentation, but a true conversation;

    • Brainstorm 1:1 or 1:many briefing opportunities to generate excitement or interest (e.g. threat briefings, conference talks, vulnerability webinars, etc.) among customers and prospects;

    • Tag-in on customer-facing meetings to shadow and learn our consultative approach.

  • By 90 days

    • Be customer-facing industry practitioners turned product specialists, ready and willing to grow into areas of the Advisory team that could benefit from your expertise

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • to reside within Europe, and possess UK right to work.

  • a deep understanding of government intelligence and/or cyber operations, which you developed as a former practitioner in defense, law enforcement, intelligence, or cyber operations.

  • possess a security clearance issued by the United States or United Kingdom (preferred)

  • Experience in the public sector and government communities, including their operational functions and sales processes with a desire to not only build pipelines, but own deals to close

  • an understanding of the products and the outcomes you are consultative selling

  • a willingness to travel to clients within your assigned region, when required

Base Pay Range: £92,000 - £102,500 GBP/ plus commission
