Overview
The Economic & Business Intelligence (EBI) team is looking for a Senior Specialist, Product Management to support the strategy and operations team, focussing on commercialisation of its product portfolio globally.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and commercial execution, ensuring that EBI products are effectively positioned, and adopted across markets. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and thrives in a cross-functional environment, with a strong focus on driving revenue outcomes and operational excellence
Role• Support the end-to-end commercialisation of EBI products, including go-to-market enablement, process optimization, and performance tracking• Act as a key point of contact for Customer Success teams, supporting new product launches via network sales, renewals and ongoing commercial execution• Drive initiatives to improve revenue capture and minimise leakage, ensuring alignment between product usage, billing, and contractual terms• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to drive scalable commercial processes and governance frameworks• Identify and execute opportunities to expand product adoption, including whitespace identification and cross-sell support• Develop and maintain standardised reporting, tools, and processes to improve visibility into product performance and commercial metrics• Support ongoing optimisation of commercial policies and processes in a fast-evolving product and market environment
All About You• Experience in product commercialisation / go-to market, sales enablement or business operations in a data, analytics, or services environment• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams with multiple stakeholders• Experience supporting go-to market, or revenue maximisation is a strong advantage• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence partners across different functions• Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity• Continually look at the market and competition to see what is happening • Look for complementary products or services that can also help the customer
