In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing and executing the day-to-day operations of our global equity compensation programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the day-to-day operations of Cloudflare's global equity programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Lead and support special projects related to equity administration, including system improvements, process automation, and data integrity initiatives.
- Administer and maintain equity-related systems and tools (e.g., E*TRADE Equity Edge Online), including data imports/exports, reconciliations, and audit support.
- Perform data analysis using internal equity data to generate insights, support reporting, and recommend process enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, Finance, HR, and external vendors (e.g., brokers, transfer agents) to support program execution and resolve issues.
- Assist employees in understanding and maximizing their equity compensation through education, communications, and support
