Job Description

The Supply Chain Product Owner team is at the forefront of innovation.  We enable global demand, supply, and execution operations by implementing world-class applications and tools that position Bose at the top of the Premium, Automotive, and Luxury Audio markets.

As a Supply Chain Planning Product Owner, you are responsible for the ongoing delivery of application functionality as well as the long-term vision of transformational capabilities.  You’re a Product Owner that represents the business stakeholders by driving and prioritizing enterprise and divisional objectives with the IT development team.  You’re a domain expert who defines business requirements, refines and administers technical work, and deploys production releases with a focus on testing, user documentation, training, and change management.  The Product Owner is a strong, vocal leader that brings new ideas and solutions to the business in support of the brand’s long-range vision.

What you’ll do

  • Keep current with industry trends and emerging solutions related to demand and supply planning applications and data.
  • Define and support application strategy and roadmap.
  • Define epic and feature scope supported by business value.
  • Work with business and IT teams to develop new features and functionality.
  • Build development storyboards and prioritize backlog.
  • Make product implementation plans, highlight key milestones and releases.
  • Provide business validation on solutions as they are developed.
  • Partner with the business to ensure end-user acceptance testing and training.
  • Monitor post-launch initiatives to ensure quality and benefit realization.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation repository.

Education and Experience

  • B.S. in Supply Chain Management/Business/Engineering required.
  • Demand / Supply Planning experience preferred.
  • Application Implementation experience preferred.
  • SAP ECC experience preferred.
  • Agile IT experience preferred.

The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Atlanta, Georgia is: $109,800-$150,900.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
