We are looking for a highly analytical and business-savvy Senior Talent Acquisition Business Analyst to support the Director of Talent Acquisition Europe. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner, leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making, align Talent Acquisition (TA) strategies with business goals, and ensure effective collaboration with the People Analytics team. Job Description

  • Collaborate with the People Analytics team to challenge data setups, refine reporting frameworks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain your own Talent Acquisition reports and dashboards to address immediate needs and provide tailored insights for decision-making.
  • Conduct business case analyses, such as evaluating cost-effectiveness and operational breaking points, to support growth and hiring targets across Europe.
  • Translate company growth objectives into actionable Talent Acquisition plans, including capacity planning and resource allocation.
  • Proactively monitor and escalate data-related issues, ensuring alignment with Talent Acquisition and broader business goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, fostering clear communication and alignment on priorities.

Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an analytics-heavy role.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets 
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and visuals that align with business goals and drive decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong ability to challenge existing data setups and identify areas for improvement.
