Lead end-to-end recruitment across Celnor Group’s US portfolio, including specialist, technical, and leadership hiring. Partner with business leaders, source and headhunt candidates, advise on talent markets and compensation, support newly acquired businesses, and deliver strong candidate experiences. Collaborate with the UK Talent team while helping build and develop the US Talent Acquisition function, with potential progression into leadership.
Celnor Group is growing across the United States, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to take the lead on recruitment across our expanding US portfolio.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll become our US recruitment specialist, leading hiring across our current businesses while supporting new companies as they join the Group.
You'll work closely with our established UK-based Talent Acquisition team, combining our existing technology, processes and recruitment approach with your knowledge of the US talent market.
And as our US portfolio grows, we expect our Talent Acquisition capability to grow with it. For the right person, this creates a genuine opportunity to help build our US recruitment function and potentially progress into a leadership role as we develop a team around you.
What you'll be doing
What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across our US portfolio, from specialist and technical positions through to leadership hires.
- Partner directly with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their growth plans and talent requirements.
- Proactively source and headhunt talent, building pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide insight on talent availability, compensation, competitor activity and regional hiring markets.
- Support newly acquired businesses as they transition into Celnor's Talent Acquisition model.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first conversation through to offer.
- Work collaboratively with our UK Talent team, sharing expertise, talent and best practice across the Group.
- Use recruitment technology, data and market intelligence to continuously improve how we hire.
- Help shape and develop our US Talent Acquisition capability as Celnor continues to expand.
What we're looking for
- You'll be an experienced US Talent Acquisition professional who is equally comfortable finding great people and influencing hiring leaders.
- You'll bring strong knowledge of US recruitment practices, excellent direct sourcing and headhunting capability, and experience managing recruitment across multiple roles, locations or business areas.
- You'll be confident operating independently, partnering with senior stakeholders and using your expertise to advise and challenge constructively.
- Experience within environmental services, engineering, scientific, consultancy, testing, inspection, certification or compliance would be useful, but isn't essential.
- Above all, we're looking for someone who wants ownership, autonomy and the opportunity to build something.
Why Celnor?
You'll be joining at an exciting point in our US growth, with the backing of an established international Talent Acquisition function and the opportunity to make the US market your own.
Today, you'll lead recruitment across our US portfolio. As we grow, you could help build and lead the team around you.
If you're an experienced Talent Acquisition professional looking for more ownership, influence and the opportunity to play a meaningful part in an international growth story, we'd love to hear from you.
