Your mission

Own the end-to-end success of the Swap product domain, combining product leadership, technical understanding, market awareness and AI-enabled product management to keep Swap competitive, reliable, scalable and valuable for users and partners.

Reporting to the Head of Product, B2B SaaS, you’ll work closely with Product Owners, Product Design, QA and Engineering, while partnering with Marketing, Legal and Sales & Business Development. You’ll connect product strategy with execution and lead initiatives from discovery and roadmap development through delivery, launch, growth and optimisation.

You’ll translate complex DeFi and technical concepts into clear product decisions supported by user, business, technical and on-chain evidence. You’ll also use AI to accelerate research, discovery, documentation, prioritisation and experimentation—validating its outputs and retaining full accountability for every product decision.

What you’ll do

  • Own the Swap lifecycle from discovery and strategy through roadmap development, delivery, launch, growth and optimisation, with accountability for measurable user and business outcomes.
  • Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, requirements, success metrics and launch-readiness criteria.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with Product Owners, Product Design, QA, Engineering, Marketing, Legal and Sales & Business Development, aligning ownership, dependencies, go-to-market plans and business readiness.
  • Run structured discovery, customer research, hypothesis validation and experimentation before committing significant engineering investment.
  • Build evidence-based investment cases using product and on-chain analytics, opportunity sizing, competitive benchmarking, cost-benefit analysis and relevant strategic frameworks.
  • Use AI to accelerate research, documentation, discovery, prioritisation and experimentation, creating repeatable workflows and validating outputs for accuracy, relevance and potential bias.
  • Use Dune Analytics and other product or blockchain analytics platforms to validate assumptions, define KPIs, measure outcomes and adjust the roadmap when evidence changes.
  • Monitor users, competitors, market dynamics and emerging DeFi protocols, turning opportunities, risks and threats into product initiatives or experiments.
  • Guide product decisions across routing, aggregation, APIs, integrations, liquidity sources, performance, scalability and reliability, balancing immediate competitive needs with long-term platform evolution.
  • Communicate product direction, investment recommendations, trade-offs, risks, performance and roadmap progress to technical, non-technical and executive stakeholders.

Who you are

  • You have 6+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of complex technical products or platforms.
  • You understand Web3, DeFi, blockchain products, DEX aggregation, liquidity, routing or closely related financial-technology domains.
  • You have defined and executed product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, success metrics and launch plans for a complex product area.
  • You have led initiatives across product, engineering, design, marketing and Sales & Business Development, using influence to manage ambiguity and drive delivery without direct authority.
  • You have worked closely with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, infrastructure, system architecture, scalability or performance.
  • You have strong structured-discovery, customer-research, experimentation, hypothesis-validation, market-analysis and competitor-analysis skills.
  • You have built evidence-based cases for significant product or engineering investments and presented recommendations to technical, non-technical and executive audiences.
  • You use product, business, technical and on-chain evidence—including Dune Analytics or equivalent platforms—to make decisions, measure outcomes and adjust priorities.
  • You use AI in research, discovery, documentation, prioritisation or experimentation and validate its outputs while retaining accountability for decisions.
  • You bring excellent written and verbal communication, strong ownership, attention to detail and a focus on measurable outcomes.

Nice to haves

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, APIs, developer platforms or infrastructure products.
  • Experience working with partners, integrations or business development teams.
  • Experience creating Dune dashboards or performing advanced on-chain analysis.
  • Experience designing repeatable AI-assisted product-management workflows.
  • Experience presenting significant investment recommendations to executives, or relevant product management, agile delivery, analytics, blockchain, DeFi, AI or technical architecture certifications.
