Working with the Director of Technology Business Management & Strategy in Group Functions Technology to deliver our initiatives for successful implementation.
Desired candidate will be planning, organizing, and implementing IT initiatives. This includes taking a project from initiation through final implementation, working with a matrix project team. The individual must continually and effectively communicate within our organization and with functional representatives.
To be successful in the role, the candidate will possess experience in technical project management with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills; have a foundational and wide range of technology including but not limited to Cloud/Data/Infrastructure and Applications.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving technical projects in collaboration with multiple functional and technology partners/domain, developing analysis to support process and improvements.
Leads and coordinates technical projects through all phases of initiation, development, and implementation.
Collaborate with a matrixed team of technical and functional collaborators to define and lead the scope, strategy, requirements, and implementation of projects.
Ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects that align with client business objectives.
Identifies, analyzes, mitigates\resolves, documents, and controls project risks and issues that impede successful delivery.
Provides effective and regular communication within the project team, partners, sponsors and management.
Identifies resource needs for the project and establishes roles, expectations, and goals with team members.
Understands nature of impact and creates lessons learned for future delivery.
Leads multiple projects of varying complexities and size, ensuring project results are brought in on time, within budget and quality targets.
Facilitate key software development process, deliverables, including business case development, requirements, architecture and design, test strategy/planning, release/change management, and operations procedure manuals.
Required Qualifications:
10+ Years of hands-on Project Management experience.
Skilled in leading both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
Foundational/Breadth of knowledge of Technology including legacy and specialized and unique cloud and data solutions.
Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical terms.
Experienced in collaborating in a matrix organization with programming team, business stakeholders, engineering and platform teams, enterprise architects, compliance and risk, product vendors, across a globally distributed environment.
Proven track record of leading and delivering IT projects of varied complexities and effectively monitoring project updates, risks, and critical issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes to technical and non-technical audience.
Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical foresight to think out of box for resolving project obstacles and managing efficiencies in delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
Finance or Technology domain Knowledge. PMP or CSM.
Experience in grasping and explaining high-level solution architecture and design.
Breadth of understanding of Technology.
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills.
Proficiency in JIRA and other portfolio management or planning forecasting tools, such as, Planview.

Salary range is expected to be between
