The Crown Is Yours
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Sports Trader to join our dynamic Trading team. In this role, you will support day-to-day trading operations by managing markets, monitoring data feeds, settling bets, and ensuring real-time accuracy and responsiveness across sports betting products. You'll collaborate closely with senior traders, product teams, and external partners to ensure a best-in-class customer experience and help uphold risk management standards. What You'll Do

• Deliver personal KPIs and ensure performance is aligned with overall company targets.
• Investigate and propose ways to work more efficiently and implement new ideas.
• Assume full accountability for content management across all channels, ensuring alignment with commercial parameters.
• Execute the business strategy across compilation, price management, and in-play trading for relevant US Sports within a compliant framework.
• Liaise with other trading teams to ensure smooth cooperation of the day-to-day job.
• Ensure a strong understanding of and adherence to your compliance responsibilities.

What You'll Bring

• At least two years of experience in trading, operations, or sports analytics environment.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a mathematical focus, will be considered an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep knowledge of and passion for sports betting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and Excel, in particular, is required.
• Familiarity with data tools, scripting, automation platforms, or AI technologies is considered a strong asset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate critical business information quickly and effectively.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is required. Additional languages will be considered an asset.
