Role Overview:
We are currently working on a number ambitious and exciting projects that will catapult Moneybase internationally and we are utilising the very latest technologies to get there. As we continue to grow sustainably, a new position has arisen for a Senior UIUX Designer reporting directly to the Lead UIUX.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior UI/ UX Designer to join our passionate and talented UX/UI team. Below is some more information about the role. The ideal candidate is a passionate, energetic, and hands-on Visual Designer with knowledge of investments and banking. This dynamic individual will have a fresh and open approach to creativity and is willing to work with and learn from a wider team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Research, design and refine user experiences within specified product requirements
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Develop high-level mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
Attending sprint meetings and obtaining feedback from the team
Working with the product owner to refine initial designs based on feedback gathered
Analyse the usability of existing products and provide suggestions for change
Be responsible for advocating for users in a fast-paced business environment
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Collaborate with other designers to evangelize new interface guidelines and design patterns
Experience & Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
6+ Years of experience in UI, experience with pixel-perfect UI and web and mobile design
Have strong experience designing mobile applications for enterprise in Banking & Payments
Be able to create beautiful UI designs
Have strong experience designing mobile-first apps
Proficiency with design tools & technologies (Figma , Photoshop, Sketch, Invision etc.)
Usability testing experience is considered an asset
Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Skills Requirements
Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
An inclination for open-minded, critical thinking to solve challenging interfaces
Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.
Strong team orientation and collaborative nature.

Ability to clearly express him/herself both in person and in writing
Fluency in presenting ideas and work
Nice to have
Good knowledge of HCD/UX principles
Experience using tools such as Lottie, Animation and Detailed Prototyping software
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Have worked in an Agile environment
